You can defer to another event without penalty. You can do this up until 1400 on the Thursday prior to the event. This is all done online through your Racesignup account. Simply withdraw from the event and you will be credited with your entry amount to use at a later event.
Please check your event confirmation email. Most of our events start around 1000 with the exception of our evening event in October. Final timings are communicated in the pre race email on the Friday morning prior to the event.
5K - Min age 10 (with an adult) or 13 (unaccompanied)
8/10K - Min age 13
16/21K - Min age 16
We arrange these when we are able to. Keep an eye on Facebook for dates and times when these are available. These sessions feature sections of our routes so are ideal preparation!
Due to MOD restrictions you are not able to run with a dog. Please check with us for all non MOD venues.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have booked and then a final pre event email on the Friday morning before the event. Please refer to the entry website for additional info.
For the majority of events, no. All runners start together at the same time. We design the course to ensure that runners can spread out before any pinch points. If this is not the case then it will say on the entry website and/or be communicated in the pre race email.
We don't operate a bag drop but we do operate a key drop. All our event parking is close to the arena. Ask for a bag when collecting your race number, place your car keys into it when you are ready then hand back to us at registration. If you don’t have a car we will look after your bag for you.
We don’t have any shower or wash facilities at our events so come prepared with a towel, some warm clothing for afterwards and a bag/bucket for your wet and muddy kit. We do have portaloos on site.
These can either be purchased online when entering an event or by contacting us on Facebook. They can then be collected at an event or at one of our training sessions. We will also have them available to purchase at the events.
