Brutal x HEH MIND Time to Talk Social Run

Come and join us for a social run as part of Time to Talk week, Phill from Phill Young Coaching will be leading the run of approx 4.5 miles starting from Hogmoor Inclosure, Time to Talk is an initiative from MIND to encourage people to open up and talk more about their mental health, find out more about this years campaign here
There is no charge for this event but we encourage donations to HEH Mind to help raise funds to support mental health services in the community, donate here.
We will meet for 1045 and after a short intro and sharing of information by the Havant and East Hants Mind team we will head out for the run at a chatty pace returning to Hogmoor Inclosure where you can grab a coffee and cake and find out more from the HEH MIND team on the services they offer.

Brutal Partnership with MIND for 2024 events
Brutal Run have joined forces with Havant and East Hants Mind across 2024.
Havant and East Hants Mind are a small to medium size charity that provides free to access mental health services to our local community across Havant and East Hampshire. These services include adult wellbeing, family wellbeing and children and young people's wellbeing. As well as safe havens that provide support for adults, young people and children who are experiencing crisis.
To continue to provide these services and promoting good mental health within our community Havant and East Hants Mind rely on the support of the local community to help raise awareness, as well as funds in support of their work to improve the lives of those living with mental health difficulties in Havant and East Hants.
